There was no particularly complicated reason for it. Two weeks. He had searched for an entire two weeks without gaining a single thing, and that alone was enough to piss him off.
Or perhaps part of his anger came from the fact that some bastard shameless enough to try molesting someone had happened to enter his line of sight.

Still, it would hardly be fair to say Deathbringer was simply too quick to anger. His search had consisted of far more than merely wandering around. He had questioned people and even freely burned through the items he had obtained from the Magic Tower.

He had seen nothing through the Negation Sword, nor had the items uncovered anything in particular. At this point, he could no longer even tell whether the problem was his luck or his skill.

Deathbringer did not want to believe the latter was solely to blame, so he pointlessly cursed his own bad luck instead. Since luck truly did play a large role when searching for someone, it was not entirely self-justification either.
Deathbringer reached out and pulled the Negation Sword from where it had embedded itself in the wall. The person who had nearly been molested had already fled in terror the moment the blade flew in and incapacitated the would-be offender.
