Just like how, in reality, similar types of shops or stores dealing in similar materials gather together to form a business district.
Of course, they appear unpredictably, and the odds of each one appearing differ too.

But even at a glance, I was walking straight toward the one shop in this alley that looked the least inviting place on earth.
