The first day of resort operations was proceeding smoothly.

That said, inside the mascot’s calm exterior, I was dripping with cold sweat.
T-there are way too many problem guests.
More precisely, about one out of every three guests who appeared could be described as “problem guest” on paper and “some horrifying thing straight out of a horror movie” in reality—terrifying, ominous lodgers.

And I was gradually realizing that being this blatant was actually easier.
…Because increasingly bizarre requests were starting to come in through room service….
From calling and abruptly hanging up, to pretending to beg desperately for rescue and then bursting into insane laughter when you pointed out something strange, to bizarre religious apocalyptic ramblings that no human being could understand.
This is scary as hell.
This is just a Napolitan Ghost Story hotel.
Please save me. I’m going insane.
Still, the one somewhat comforting thing was that today was slowly coming to an end.
It looked like today’s check-ins would be over soon.
Let’s check the results of the first opening day after business hours are over.
Looks like the theme park is getting close to closing time too.
Except for the night shift, it seemed the resort wrapped up together with the theme park when the latter ended.

Fireworks were going off far beyond the window.
…And from the red zone, Magic Bunny Zone, where some terrible but entertaining parade seemed to have begun, I could even hear guests whispering regretfully that they hadn’t seen it….
So that insane red zone is still operating just fine….
