Today, we will learn about the risk grades of Special Management Zones!
The Special Zones you will be managing in the future are classified into five grades: ‘Caution’, ‘Alert’, ‘Danger’, ‘Containment’, and ‘Pending’.
Shall we take a look at the characteristics of each classification one by one?

■ Caution (C) Grade
1. Exploration rate of 63% or higher and survival rate of 45% or higher, both satisfied.
2. At least one stable escape route or two or more unstable or somewhat risky escape routes secured.
3. The hazardous elements within the Special Zone should be at a level where a non-disabled civilian aged 14 or older can sufficiently avoid danger when necessary.
4. 「Board Game Café of Giants」, 「Rainbow Cake Shop」, etc.

The Caution grade is an area under successful control.
As long as you follow the manual, no major accidents will occur.
If civilians enter a Caution grade Special Zone, the on-duty team can be dispatched immediately without separate permission.
Therefore, if you find civilians in a Caution grade Special Zone, actively assist in their rescue!
