In the beginning, there was light.
From that light, ‘Arus’ was conceived, and this was the start of the world. Moreover, as the light vanished from the place where Arus was born, darkness appeared for the first time.
That which was born from the darkness was none other than ‘Omeros.’
When heaven and earth were created, Omeros desired to create the world in place of Arus. However, all he could make was mere lumps of mud, and only when Arus breathed life into them did they truly become living beings.
Thus, Omeros began to envy and hate Arus.
With a deceitful tongue, he tricked Arus and plucked out his eyes and liver, embedding them in the sky, which became the moon and the sun respectively.
However, darkness cannot overcome light. When Arus noticed his wicked scheme and banished him from the heavens, Omeros gnashed his teeth and cried out.
