There were several NPCs who wished for death while playing games in the archive.
Most of them were wishes for peaceful rest, and I could understand them.
But Orca was different. What Orca wanted was not rest.
Orca had told me how hateful it felt to be unable to swim far out to sea.
When I first saw True Ending of TCX.
I couldn’t believe this was a happy ending.
No matter how many times I tried to hold on, Orca always departed with a sense of relief.
Joyful and content, as though true freedom had finally been found—as though this were Orca’s happy ending.
I looked everywhere to see if there was another ending, but there wasn’t one.
Prison Guard also attached the severed arm to Neo, so I tried to see if it would work for Orca as well.
However, the permanently damaged leg could not be restored.
I could neither restore Orca’s legs nor save Orca’s life.
In the end, I ended up hating TCX.
After the ending, I felt a little depressed for a while, and even went to the producer’s broadcast to express my dissatisfaction.
Ah…. A forgotten memory came to mind.
“Gunbam-nim, was it fun this time too?”
