The reunion with his departed lover was sweet.
It was a situation anyone would dream of. The woman he had loved with all his heart and devoted himself to had returned. Wasn’t this a wish one would make a contract with the devil to achieve?

All his senses were testifying.
That the love he thought he could never touch again had returned right here.
