Reed smiled symmetrically this time.
“Well, well, Ailette. Did you forget already?”
“Huh?”
“I’m Chaos and Evil.”
In other words:
“When I call, the demons come rushing out to greet me from the entrance.”

While I stood there, momentarily dazed, Reed pulled out a spatial teleportation stone and crushed it.
“Wait, I’m coming with you!”
I remembered what happened at Nazril. If Reed, the Chaos and Evil, killed the dungeon’s master, it would become unclaimed territory. For long-term profit, I absolutely had to land the final blow. More than that, though, letting the ultimate mastermind act alone made me uneasy.
The moment I grabbed Reed’s arm was a hair’s breadth faster than the teleportation. Light devoured my vision, and a floating sensation enveloped my body.
But something felt different this time.
My center of gravity seemed off-balance. Still, I didn’t get the chance to show off my well-honed sense…
