Even from a young age, she had never believed in old stories. In particular, whenever a fairy tale involving a ‘dragon’ appeared, she would recoil in disgust and toss it aside.

Born with the blood of a creature that belonged only in myth running thick through her veins, the girl manifested an ancient power, and from then on her life had only gone downhill.
