From a normie’s (muggle’s) perspective too—would Beom be top-tier?
When I compare him to other Rankers people call “world-class,” I’m not sure…… There isn’t much known about him, so I don’t even really know what kind of person he is… Is he truly the world-class everyone recognizes?

When you say “world-class” by world ranking, people usually mean Top 10. Even Bambi at #11—if you ask whether he’s world-class, opinions would split.
In Korea the ones you can confidently call world-class are Jyo (Gyeon Jioh), Eun Seok-won (Silver Lion),…
