Kwon Rando answered halfheartedly as he limped along.
A face twisted by burn scars, an uneven, crippled gait, clothes shabby beyond description.
The people around him made no attempt to hide their disgust as they gave him a wide berth. They moved as though avoiding someone with a contagious disease.

“Aaaah! Mom!”
A child shrieked in fright and burst into tears before running away. Kwon Rando cackled at the sight until his companion irritably yanked him along.
“You crazy bastard! Are you high again? Why the hell are you picking on a kid who wasn’t even doing anything?”
“That kid wasn’t doing anything? Looking at a perfectly normal person like they’re some kind of monster? If you’re an adult, you should teach a child that staring can be a form of violence too.”
“A perfectly normal person?”
His companion sneered.
“Even a stray dog would laugh at that. Hey. Look at yourself and tell me the words ‘perfectly normal person’ still come out of your mouth.”

“…Whatever. More importantly, you really have to do well this time. Got it? I know you absolutely cannot die. Your life is so damn pitiful and depressing that I begged Hyung over and over, practically got on my knees, just to squeeze out one extra spot for you.”
“My ears are going to grow calluses. How many times are you going to tell me the same thing?”
“Because I’m telling you to fucking do well, asshole!”
His companion growled right beside Kwon Rando’s ear.
