Therefore, [Basic Rights Protection] is a protocol established to prevent powerful “prospective challengers,” “challengers,” and “Seekers” from committing massacres of weaker servers and channels via Outer Gates.
Of course, not every request is accepted. There were conditions.
When the power balance is drastically tilted to one side to the point the server’s existence is in peril; and when a certain number or more of administrators belonging to that server exist.
Both conditions together had to be met.
