The moonlight dusted the green bushes, making them twinkle like starlight. Thesilid and I strolled along the path, heading deeper into the forest.
Since we’d come all the way into the woods, it felt like a bit of a waste to just walk without doing anything else. I glanced around, scanning for any hidden signs of life.
