The Black Cloak.
A Humanoid Monster first sighted last winter in the S-rank Dungeon, the Kingdom of the Deep Sea, and subsequently listed on the Hunter Association’s website. The Monster was famous for tormenting bad people and giving gifts to good people.
Its distinguishing traits were extraordinary height, a black cloak, a suit, and bare feet.

Alone in her dormitory room, the newly appointed Curator Park Joohee clenched her teeth.
“…Now that I think about it, every detail is the same…”
She recalled when Curator Yoo Seongwoon had first explained the man named Seo Gio.
‘He said the man was often misunderstood because he had traits similar to the Black Cloak.’
It was not as though Park Joohee had failed to notice certain similarities between Seo Gio and the Black Cloak. But Seo Gio had seemed far too kind, too human, and wore such an extraordinarily gentle smile that she had dismissed the thought.
Looking back now, however, it made her dizzy.
‘He was too ideal.’
She should have been suspicious.
‘How could someone who smiles as if preserved in the most perfect possible form be ordinary?’
Seo Gio smiled, conversed, and showed consideration like an ordinary person, but there were no fluctuations in his conduct or expression. She distinctly remembered the atmosphere around Seo Gio, as though he were something that did not truly exist.
“…Can this… Can this really be allowed?”
She was confused.
He had felt so human that she had never imagined he might be a Monster, and she wondered whether she had been bewitched or deceived somehow. There was a high probability that the “Seo Gio” shown…
