This policy applies when MUGEX offers paid digital access, Coins or other purchases through mugexnovels.com.
Before you buy
The checkout page should show the price, currency and the digital item or Coin amount you are buying before payment is submitted. Keep your receipt or account order record.
Coins and digital access
Coins are used only for eligible MUGEX digital access and are not cash, a bank deposit or a transferable financial product. The current standard chapter price is 1 Coin unless a chapter is explicitly free or shows a different price. A completed chapter unlock remains attached to the signed-in account and is not charged again for that chapter.
Payments
Coin packs use Stripe checkout. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay may be offered when supported by the reader’s device and Stripe. The amount of Coins and the price are shown before payment is submitted.
Refunds and withdrawal rights
Refund and cancellation rights can depend on the type of digital content, whether access has started, the payment method and the law that applies to the purchase. MUGEX does not use this page to remove rights that consumers have under mandatory law. If you believe a purchase is incorrect, duplicated, defective or otherwise refundable, contact Support with the order reference.
Payment security
Do not send full card details through comments, email or the Support form. Payment providers handle the payment information required for checkout.
Chargebacks and access problems
Please contact Support first when possible so an access or payment issue can be checked against the order record. Fraudulent or abusive payment activity may result in access being restricted.
