The weather in Segwang Special City was very nice today.
“Phew.”
After coming out of Hanbit Department Store, I took a deep breath in and let it out.
There was no yellow dust, and the weather wasn’t even as hot as I’d expected, so it felt perfectly pleasant.
Even the expressions on the people passing by seemed bright. Smiling, I walked along the sidewalk, avoiding a broadcast station vehicle rolling by beside me.
‘Why do I feel so good today?’
My mind felt at ease, like I’d just finished some long trip and come home to get a good rest.
Maybe it was because I’d just come out of the department store.
Or maybe, well, maybe it was because this place had less fine dust than Seoul….
‘Hmm. Maybe it’s because it’s the day before Children’s Day.’
I opened my smartphone and checked the date.

It was Monday, right after the weekend, but there was the joy of knowing that tomorrow I’d get to rest again. Maybe that was why I felt even better.
…Though I did still have to go to work from here.
