The man’s footsteps came to an abrupt halt.
Leto’s brows narrowed, then relaxed, and soon narrowed again.
He turned around once more and began walking back with heavy steps. And it was only a few seconds until he flung the door open.
“What did you say?”
“S-Sir Ian… is dying.”
Sniff, sniff.
With eyes brimming with tears like lakes, swallowing her runny nose, the princess said.
“Sir Ian is dying!”
Leto thought.
Fuck this.
Indeed, becoming Ian’s friend was the worst choice.

It was literally ‘beneath the ground’. A place that could only be reached after passing through complex spatial transfer magic circles multiple times, to the point where one couldn’t even tell the location, was before my eyes.
The red lighting illuminating the dark pupils emitted an ominous glow. When I complained about this, Senior Sienne swallowed a hollow laugh and said.
